Beginning Comments:

Today is a day that began with internet glitches, some which have not yet been ironed out. Luckily, I can send emails from the Comcast website, as my Outlook’s ability to send emails is still hosed.

At this point in time, my ability to sit in front of the computer is getting precarious – I overdid it yesterday and ended up with back spasms that did not let up until the week hours.

So, I will be making this posting quick.

As I am getting an image of my special place up in L27, I am now heading there…

Dictation:

"Ashunayetya!

I find myself seated on my comfy couch in front of a warm fireplace, and am enjoying the peace and serenity of the moment.

I have no idea why I am here, other than to rest and relax, and, frankly, I have less curiosity than usual to find out.

Benjamin enters and takes a seat on a recliner. He takes out a pipe, and lights it (I find that hilarious), but in this reality, pipe smoke is not hazardous to one’s health, yet adds to the general relaxation in the room.

I am getting the picture that my exercise for today is just to relax – leave the woes and/or wonders of the metaphysical for another day, and enjoy life.

I have no argument with this in any way.

Benjamin and I sit in companionable silence for a few minutes. His pipe then vanishes, and Benjamin right after it.

Reluctantly, I get up, stretch, and pull all of my consciousness back to my office.

It is too bad that once in a while my nonphysical friends need to remind me to stop and smell the roses, so to speak. But sometimes, I forget. You could say this is one of those days.
